my background is in communications, marketing, outreach, fundraising, and digital strategy. mostly, i care about how people understand things, how they feel included or excluded, and why something that should be simple somehow takes twelve steps.
i’m finishing a master of public administration, which has given me a more formal vocabulary for things i was probably already ranting about.
